Great experience with Caliber Collision. They made the entire process with the insurance company and car rental agency very easy and my car was ready a day earlier than the promised date. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for vehice repairs.

Got hit while my car was parked, no note left. Went to one other place first to get an estimate, then came to Caliber and met Tom. He wrote up an estimate for full repairs, over $2000. But he gave me another option, buy the parts myself, he will have them painted, and put the new parts on free. Basically fixing the major areas and not the full repairs. So I had a choice, pay $2000 for someone else's mistake, or pay $400 in parts, and $200 for the paint charge. The choice was easy, and so I'm glad I decided to use Caliber. And so glad Tom was honest and upfront about other options available. It's hard to find good, trustworthy people/businesses today. And even harder to find someone who truly cares about doing what is right versus making the most amount of money possible

This was the most outstanding service I have ever had, not just on my car. Jordan and the entire team, knew exactly what was going on with my car from start to finish. The regular updates and follow up were impressive and my car was done exactly on time and it looks like a brand new car. I am so grateful for the entire team at Caliber Collision.
